The Omnificium® Studio ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for information collected through this website. We're a UK-based illustrated publishing studio. You can reach us at theomnificium@pm.me.
When you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address. We don't collect your name, location, or any other personal information through this website. Your email is stored and processed by MailerLite, our email service provider, on servers within the EU.
We use your email address solely to send you news and updates about The Story of Hoo® and related projects from The Omnificium® Studio. We will never share, sell, or transfer your email address to any third party, except MailerLite, which processes it on our behalf to deliver emails to you.
We only add you to our mailing list when you give explicit consent by ticking the opt-in box and submitting your email address. Consent must be freely given, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at theomnificium@pm.me. We'll respond within 20 days.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to be removed from the list.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. MailerLite may set a cookie when you interact with the signup form to prevent duplicate submissions. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to your data is limited to those with a legitimate reason to access it.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. MailerLite may retain a suppression record (email address only) to ensure we don't accidentally re-subscribe you.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, please contact us first at theomnificium@pm.me. If we're unable to resolve your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
